This workshop aims to support professionals to enhance their knowledge of psychological injuries, and give them the best resources for mitigating the risk of such injuries in their work. It will explore:

The early warning signs (i.e., somatic, cognitive, emotional, behavioural, relational & worldview changes) that might suggest emerging psychological injury - and what to do

A range of practical skills and resources that professionals can use immediately and in real time - to enhance self-awareness, distress tolerance, regulation capacity, recovery and reflective practices, and the overall sense of self-control
